In the Leaf Village, the Akimichi clan's body expansion technique is associated with Yang release, which is believed to be connected to the Senju clan's life force. The Nara clan, known for their shadow possession technique and black hair, is the only clan in the village with yin release. Similarly, Kurenai, who also possesses black hair, is a specialist in yin release.

based on my theory, it seems that the creator, Kishimoto, may have implied that the Uchiha clan intermingled with other clans, potentially giving rise to the Nara clan and possibly Kurenai's clan. This theory could explain the intelligence of the Nara clan since they would have inherited the strong mental energy from the Uchiha lineage.

In the Naruto universe, there are two types of chakra releases called yin and yang, originating from the Otsutsuki clan. The Sage of Six Paths, who possessed yinyang release, used it to create life in the form of the bijuu.

The descendants of the Sage of Six Paths, specifically the Senju and Uchiha clans, inherited different aspects of his power. The Uchiha clan gained the ability to utilize yin release through their eyes/brain (mental), while the Senju clan inherited life force that enhanced their physical bodies.
