I am a 73 year old, white, straight, Jewish and comfortably retired male born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. After a 17 year career in the business world, I served as a not-for-profit executive, consultant and coach, specializing in board and staff development, strategic planning, fund raising and youth leadership. In 1992, I actively began to study and learn about diversity and inclusion. Since that time I have facilitated hundreds of workshops and programs. After extensive training in 2014, The King Center (www.thekingcenter.org) certified me as a Nonviolence 365 Ambassador.
